Born in Lisbon, his professional career has always been marked by entrepreneurship. At the age of 19, he started his first company and became Fiat's representative for the entire portfolio of Agricultural Machinery for Ribatejo. In 1988 and already with the company Sousa, SA acquires the concession of the Citroën brand for Ribatejo, entering in the automotive distribution sector. In 1984, he acquired’s the General Motors concession, representing all the brands in the GM universe - Opel, Beford, Isuzu - in Ribatejo. In 1987 he created a new car distribution company - Toscana, SA - for the concession of the Rover and Land Rover brands. In 1989 he became the Peugeout brand's concession holder, through Auto Galeão, SA, for the region of Ribatejo. In 1992, the automobile distribution cycle closes with the acquisition of the Chrisler and Jeep brands for the region through the company Katosmotor, SA. The real estate sector is the next investment option, through the creation of ABNSouza, SA. 1999 becomes one of the most important real estate developers in the luxury real estate sector, through participation in projects such as Quinta Patiño, Penha Longa and Sanzenone condominium in Vilamoura. In 2007 his real estate project Spazio wins the Real Estate Oscar in the category of housing. At the end of 2004, ABNSouza Investimentos created Rede Global, SA, acquiring the rights to the CENTURY 21 brand for Portugal. In 2008 it transformed ABNSouza Investimentos into ABNSouza SGPS and has holdings in several companies in Portugal in the real estate investment area, by agreement signed on 17 and March 2004 between the Global Network S.A. and Realogy, the ABNSOUZA group acquired the exclusive right to license the use of the "CENTURY 21 system" throughout Portugal. In 2011 he acquires the rights to the Spanish market, starting its entry in Spain, in 2016 acquires the software-house MIX AND BLEND.
Entrepreneur who was born in Santarém in 1979 and who has always loved everything that has to do with engines, cars and competition. He has been a federated karting and motorsport member since the age of 15. It was in motor sports that he had his first experience in management and it was here that he began to feel a fascination for entrepreneurship: when only 17 he faced the challenge of managing his racing team and undertook responsibility for all the steps necessary to obtain sponsorship, mange the budget, set budget priorities and hire support resources. He was never a champion in this sport, but several he won domestic and foreign prizes, and participated in international competitions a number of times. However, he always had the ambition to have his own company. This was following a career in the automobile, new technologies and real estate sectors. As a Realtor he identified the opportunity to represent the prestigious brand Century 21 in Portugal. That was at the end of 2004 and so 21 Century Portugal was born. Recognition of the work carried out at a time when the economy was undergoing a corrective phase was the invitation for the Portuguese team to head the entry into the Spanish market and take on the same role in Spain in 2010. The year of 2010 was also when he was elected Vice-President of the Portuguese Franchising Association. His desire to start his own project and be able to contribute to the professionalization of the real estate sector in the Iberian market provide the personal motivation to lead this project.

Charles began his career in the industry in 1972 at the age of 17 as an Assistant Property Manager. At the age of eighteen, Charles sold his first home and three years later in October 1977 at the age of 21 he purchased a Real Estate business with the equity gained from a property he had bought when he was 19. In March 1983, he embarked upon his biggest challenge and commenced Combined Real Estate, which became a well-known Sydney and New South Wales Real Estate Franchise Network that Charles built to 56 offices. Charles didn’t stop there. In 2012 he also acquired CENTURY 21 New Zealand. Charles Tarbey is also the author of two well know industry books - ‘Profit Driven Real Estate’. and 'Listing Rich'.

As an entrepreneur and manager, she created and led an innovative eco-design project with the Tela Bags brand for 8 years. At ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, she has been Professor of Finance for 16 years. She was also responsible for ISEG's Executive Training and MBA coordinator until 2016. Since 2013, she has been developing and coordinating executive courses in the area of Luxury at ISEG, which are the benchmark of the sector in Portugal: Luxury Brand Management, Luxury Tourism Management and Luxury Real Estate Sales Management. Eddie Berenbaum is the co-founder/ President of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty. A 1997 graduate of Penn State University, Edward Berenbaum moved to the DC area immediately after college to begin his career in Real Estate. Working for Richmond American Homes from 1997 through May of 2001 as a top producing New Homes Sales Agent and Divisional Sales Manager, Eddie discovered two important things; he loved Real Estate and the market was ripe for innovation.
